The following story is out of Columbus where a judge threw out a lawsuit against slot machines being operated at a horse racing track.  I always find this conflict quite interesting as I believe that horse racing is more crooked than any slot machine I have seen.  I always know that a slot machine will take a operating cut (quite a low percentage actually), while on the other hand horse racing pretends to be a sport, which is a joke as you will empty out the place if you take away the betting, and then add doping and bribes to the mix and its a quite shady “sport”.

I don’t personally have anything against horse racing, I actually like going to the races.  What I don’t like is the holier than thou attitude of some of the horse racing officials, owners and breeders, and don’t get me started on the trainers.  Some of the shadiest people I have met have been horse trainers (racing), while I do admit that some are decent, there just doesn’t seem to be any middle ground when it comes to trainers  (End rant).
