It will be a pleasant victory for the Spanish government if they can corner some of the one billion dollar online casino and poker market however it will fall way short of sorting out the massive government debt. The Atlantic City casino wars between Donald Trump and Steve Wynn have now been documented in a book called “The War at the Shore”.
